In order to make our program succeed, we need funding. We focus on the "lost generation" to secure the future leaders of America with a stable job and the right educated skill sets for their jobs. To ensure this, we must educate as many of the youth as we can with the best educators we can. We need funding to hire professionals and educators to provide job training and skill development to the out-of-school youth. For college students, we have been paying those in work-study programs $6-$40 a month and $10 to $25 monthly to any part time workers. We have employed 500,000 youths for only $58 million so far and wish to expand this effective program.

Our focused age area is one of the largest populations in America and we can create jobs with the least amount of money. Our calculations have throughly proven we can employ 500,000 youths- 150,000 in schools and 350,000 in the the community- for a total of $58 million. An investment of this small amount of money will not be found in any other program or be as effective as NYA. Investing in our firm will begin to circulate money which will ultimately support your firm and we shall dedicate and include you in future programs. "Youth Administration, National."
